Centennial is a modern Hotel and Business Center in the heart of Tallinn, located right next to the Kaarli Church and National Library, on Endla street.

The building is divided into 2 separate business areas, Business Center and Hotel which are connected by a spacious atrium and lobby. The higher 7 stories Business Center was opened in summer 2016, with first floor premises that suit perfectly for customer service and floors 2-7 are designed for offices. The 4* hotel is operated by Unique Hotels Group and has conference rooms and a restaurant. The house was originally built in the 1960s for Estonian National Statistical Office and was renovated in 2016. Now Centennial has a fascinating color changing façade and modern energy saving technical solutions. Centennial was renovated according to the designs of Allianss Arhitektid, a leading Estonian architectural firm.
