Novira Plaza is a 15-storied modern office and apartment building in the heart of Tallinn business quarter that was completed in summer of 2016.

The commercial premises on the ground floor open up to Tartu mnt, Liivalaia and Pronksi street. Floors 2-12 and 15 accommodate exclusive office areas and on the 13th and 14th floor there are residential areas which all have remarkable views either to the sea or Old City. The offices and apartments of Novira Plaza have both separate entrances, so the areas of different purpose of use would not disturb each other. Situated in the central point of the urban life, the building is surrounded by several head offices of financial institutions and hotels, trade and cultural centres. Glass, galvanized sheet and effective LED-light solution have been mainly used in the exterior finishing of Novira Plaza. The two-storied parking lot is established under the building.
